    .NET 5.0 includes the following improvements and new features :

    1. C# updates
    2. F# updates
    3. Visual Basic updates
    4. System.Text.Json new features
    5. Single file apps
    6. App trimming
    7. Windows ARM64 and ARM64 intrinsics
    8. Tooling support for dump debugging
    9. The runtime libraries are 80% annotated for nullable reference types
    10. Performance improvements
